WAYS WE CAN
WORK TOGETHER
therapy that honours the whole personTHERAPY TAILORED TO YOU
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person arrives with their own experiences, challenges, and hopes for change. My work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that considers the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.
Together we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for both insight and embodied awareness. Through our work, you may begin to understand patterns, reconnect with your body, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

For those seeking deeper mind-body integration
Many people who find their way here have already tried talk therapy and are looking for a deeper, body-based approach. You know the pattern, you can talk circles around it, and yet it feels impossible to change.
individual therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to explore what is happening in your life.
Many people seek therapy when they are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns, or navigating significant life changes. Together we will explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Areas we may work with include:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression or low mood
Trauma and nervous system dysregulation
Relationship challenge
Life transitions
Emotional overwhelm or burnout
Self-esteem and identity exploration
Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
Our work may include both conversation and gentle somatic awareness practices that support nervous system regulation and deeper understanding of your experiences.

couples therapy
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also bring challenges, misunderstandings, and moments of disconnection. Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, deepen understanding, and explore new ways of relating to one another.
Together we work to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand the patterns that may be creating tension or distance in the relationship. Rather than focusing on blame, the goal is to foster curiosity, compassion, and greater awareness of each partner’s experience.
In our work together, couples may explore:
Communication and conflict patterns
Emotional connection and intimacy
Rebuilding trust after difficult experiences
Navigating life transitions or stressors
Understanding attachment and relational patterns
My approach integrates somatic awareness and relational therapy, helping couples become more aware of how their nervous systems and emotional responses influence the way they interact. This deeper awareness can support healthier communication, emotional safety, and a more connected partnership.
Couples therapy is not about determining who is right or wrong — it is about creating space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and supported as you move forward together.
SOMATIC therapy
Somatic therapy focuses on the relationship between the body, nervous system, and emotional experience.
When difficult or overwhelming experiences occur, the body often holds onto patterns of tension, protection, or survival responses. Somatic work helps gently bring awareness to these patterns so that the nervous system can gradually return to a state of greater balance and regulation.
This approach may include:
• Body awareness and sensation tracking
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Mindful movement or grounding exercises
• Exploring the body’s natural responses to stress and safety
Somatic therapy can be especially supportive for individuals experiencing trauma, chronic stress, or a sense of disconnection from their body.
inTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS)
Many of us notice that different parts of us want different things.
Internal Family Systems is based on the understanding that we all have different parts within us aspects of ourselves so to speak. These parts hold emotions, beliefs, and protective responses shaped by our life experiences.
Rather than trying to change or silence these parts, this approach invites curiosity and compassion toward them.
As we begin to understand the roles these parts have played, space opens for greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
At the center of this work is the belief that there is a wise and steady presence within you that already knows how to lead your system toward healing and integration.
When each part is met with understanding rather than resistance, the whole system has more room to settle.
clinical hypnosis
Clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to support meaningful change.
During hypnosis, you remain aware and in control while entering a deeply relaxed and focused state. In this state, the mind can become more open to exploring beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that may be difficult to access through conscious thinking alone.
Clinical hypnosis may support work with:
• Anxiety and stress
• Phobias and fears
• Habit change
• Emotional regulation
• Self-confidence
• Trauma processing
Each hypnosis process begins with an initial assessment to better understand your goals and determine whether this approach is a good fit for you.
